For Sale: Commercial built 2m Amplifier: I have an amplifier that I bought with intentions of putting it on the air. It was advertised as 2m amplifier. I still don't have a 2m ssb rig (or antenna) yet nor the time to get this amp on the air. It is a tube amp with two Eimac 6155 tubes (not tested). Definately looks to be commercially built. Radio - IC-551D with FM Board and EX2 marker/amp-relay module, hand microphone and power cord (professionally aligned in 2009) -- works as it should - asking $375

Amplifier - Raytrack Horizon 6L (with 2 x 3-500z's installed) and BTI2000 power supply (3400 vdc no load {recapped}) - 1250 watts out with 80 watts drive (perhaps more with more drive) - collectors item - had K1FO go through it in 2009 to interface power supply, and upgrade tank coil and blocking caps - asking $1475

Antenna - Cushcraft 6 element Yagi on compact 20 foot boom (A50-6S) like new - up one season - asking $225

However, when I apply drive power the overdrive light comes on and they have no output. They worked fine when I stored them a few years ago. Relays stuck...?

FS: Mirage D-26N 2w/60w 70cm amp: I bought this amp a month ago as New Old Stock from a shop that had ceased carrying ham products years ago. It was said to be completely unused and just sitting on a shelf since then. After using it 3 times, I found a 100w amp at a good price, so this D-26N is now surplus to my needs.
When I first hooked up this D-26N, the output was low. Tried different coax jumpers between the transceiver and the amp and found one that produced full output, and it then worked fine. Also, although the amp was said to be unused, there are a couple of light scratches on top of the heat sink.
This amp sells new for $300. You can have this one for $128 shipped.

UHF power transistors and striplines.: I obtained a number of UHF stripline ckt boards containing in part, a driver transistor and power amplifier transistor. Each device is on it's own stripline, the two striplines being almost identical. I am offering ONE of EACH stripline device,(a set of two) for $8, plus THREE 44 cent postage stamps, (in the 50 states). The transistors are the SRF 4318 driver, and the MRF 842 power amplifier. Units have surface mount RF caps, resistor and ferrite beads. The MRF 842 datasheet, pin-outs, and test ckt is available on the web, the two devices are very similar except for driving levels. About 2 watts input for 30 watts output (when both are utilized.)(13.8 vdc)The motorola datasheet has a test ckt for the MRF 842, and it appears to follow the printed circuit stripline! Here is a chance to get something going on our 900 MHz band, or use the UHF transistors in another project at lower frequencies.
