SGC 500 Watt Remote Tuner SGC-235: SGC 500 Watt Remote Tuner. Sells new for $1098. My sell price "shipped Conusa 48" is $398. Yes, it comes with the IN-SHACK control Unit with Remote Lock. Operates 160Mtr to 10Mtr. Ive used it for 4 years on my tower tuning an 80 Ft long wire. I remodeled my antennas, and this is excess to my needs. UNIT works excellent. Because of the distance from my tower to my shack. I spliced RG-8 coax at the tuner feed point entrance instead of the original RG-58U. The original factory units only have 30' of RG-58U! I also spiced the control cable at the tuner for the same reason. SO, you will need to splice the coax and control cable at the tuner. WHY would anyone feed 500 watts thru RG-58 at a distance of 90FT? SALE PENDING: MFJ 986 Differential -T: This tuner is about a 7 in looks and works good where I have been using it on 75 meters. No dents or dings. I have also tuned my loop with it on 40 meters.
