- I am selling my Drake R8 receiver with the optional VHF converter. It is in very good cosmetic and electrical condition. The converter is the improved 2nd generation.

 AMPHF - Collins 30L1 For Sale
- For sale is my Collins 30L1 amplifier.
This amp was stored for 5 years, brought up on a Variac for 24 hours and tested. The amp is set up for 115 volts.
Power output whistled up to 500 watts on 80-15, and 350 on 10, with 70 watts drive.
Not collector quality. There are a few missing screws, the cabinet has been repainted, there is a tiny screw in the bottom left corner that secures the panel corner, and if you look closely, you will notice that the meter and band knobs are Drake knobs. The meter switch is sticky, should be lubricated but works .
Included are 2 not installed mod kits: a pair of MOVs and a switching kit for using the amp with newer rigs that can't switch the switching voltages used in the 30L1. If you are unfamiliar with this amp, you should review the CCA operating, mod and safety info available.

Drake TR7 HF transceiver – For Parts only.
This is a “loaded” , late serial number (10K+, circa 1981) unit in excellent cosmetic condition with a few functional issues.
It has excellent receive on most bands however frequency lock does not occur from cold on some bands (14, 28, 17Mhz) until warm up; Furthermore, RF output on 10M - CW is 90W, 15M SSB 100W PEP, 20M SSB 85-90W PEP, 40M 85-90W PEP, 80M 40+ W PEP, 160M 15W PEP SSB as evidenced using a Bird 43 watt meter & Bird Termaline (50 ohm) load.; There may be other issues that I'm not aware of.
The radio has options consisting of :
AUX-7 (clone)
NB-7 Noise Blanker
SL-300 filter
SL-1800 filter
SL-6000 filter
The unit comes with a D.C. Power cord/plug, and, a nice bound copy of the manual.
