I am the original owner and have had it just over a year now. It has never been operational outdoors. It has been my shack radio. Further, the radio has never seen any output higher than 15W. I am a CW QRP guy and the radio was used at 5W for 99.9% of the time. It includes everything one would get with a new radio (box, cables, mic, manual, packing, etc.). It will be factory reset.
