RM Italy BLA350 HF Amp $725 Shipped: The RM Italy BLA350 Solid State Amateur Radio Amplifier covers the 160 thru 10 meter Ham Bands, and with 12 Watts or less drive it delivers up to 300 Watts output. It is the perfect match for most QRP rigs and is not designed for 100 watt radios. The matched pair of MRF150 MOSFETs are protected against overdrive spikes, high VSWR, and high heat sink temperature. I've used it with an FT-818 and with about 7 Watts of drive delivers around 200 Watts output on 40 meters. The BLA350 samples the RF input and can set itself to the band you are operating on. The band can also be set manually from the front panel. The internal, transformer-type (low-noise) power supply is rated at 110 Volts at 8 Amps max, so you can easily power this amplifier from a standard AC outlet. Price is $725 shipped (CONUS). HF 4CX1500B Pileup Buster.$2000.Local PU: This is by far my favorite Linear of many I have owned and still have several even now. These pro built custom built types are my favorites. The builder chose to overbuilt it in everyway and yet still have more bells and whistles than many commercially produced units. To the point being indestructible if I dare say it. And yet it's fairly easy for even a beginner to figure out the build even without the schematic. Sometimes the best designs come from custom builds. The builder was truly a genius and fully skilled that's for sure. RM Italy HLA305V: RM Italy HLA-305v HF amplifier in excellent condition. This amplifier is ideal for low power HF transceivers (< 10w) to get about 200w out. This was used with a Hermes Lite 2+ SDR and Square SDR, which are ~5w output.
