WTD: INFO ON AMERITRON ALS-606 AMPLIFIER: The PA board part number B862-1300-PAREV6 causes the 50 volt P S to shutdown it will not power up with 50 volts applying to the PA board.
When I remove the red wire connecting to PA board it turns on.
Has anyone experience this problem and found the cause.
I thinking the FET's are bad transistors.
I would appreciate and help or if you have had same problem.
