For Sale: 4 Element SteppIR (Reduced): 4 Element SteppIR with optional 30/40M element upgrade. Antenna suffered recent wind damage--the loss of a fiberglass tube (currently available from SteppIR) and damage to one EHU, (reparable by SteppIR or W1JCW). All 4 EHUs were purchased from SteppIR less than 6 months ago. The EHU part numbers are:
70-3420-01 (3 EHU units including the damaged unit).
70-3401-01 (The Driven element EHU)
The antenna is on the ground and is in excellent condition except for the damage.
Also available in excellent condition is a SDA100 controller SN10141 containing the XCVR interface and ALP (advanced lightning protection) option.
Finally, included is over 200 feet of 20 conductor control cable and an Array Solutions lightning protection device for grounding the control cable at the tower. Price for all is reduced to $1,600.

WTB Gem Quad or similar 2 or 3 element: I want to buy a HF Gem Quad or similar quad antenna in preferably the N Florida area. Could pick up within 250 miles of St Augustine or Palatka and also remove off a tower if needed. A Hygain 3-band HF quad would also work, as well as a 45-55' crank or tilt up tower. Let me know what you have.
