Fuses For Sale: Fuses For Sale:

Over the years, I have ended up with a large
collection of fuses. Most are 3AG. These are the
glass fuses about 1/4 inch in diameter and 1 1/4
inches long, as used in most all equipment from
years ago.

I did have an extremely good supply of the standard
blow fuses, in just about every size made. Many of
those are now gone, but some remain. I have a
supply of "Slow Blow" as well; more than regular.

It is hard believe the price of fuses these days!
In any case, I would like 50 cents each for the
regular blow, and $1 each for slow blow.

I also have some of the newer colored "spade"
fuses. $1 each.

Hallicrafters & Collins lot: Hallicrafters CB-6:

The radios appear to work but the volume control is scratchy. Both radios come with a protective case as seen in the pictures. When the cases are removed, I noticed that the speaker grills have been pushed in a little. I'll leave it to the new owner to pull them apart and push them back out.

Hallicrafters CB-11:
One radio seems to works fine but the volume control is scratchy. The other radio upon turning the volume control one can hear scratchiness and the top of the antenna is broke but appears to be fixable. Both radios have good battery connectors and the meter works on both.

No tubes. It is not locked up.

Need Help/Guidance on a KWM-2/A: I'd like to replace the silver face of the pto main tuning dial knob. This one has the finger hole in it and is scratched up. I've got a new replacemnt and not sure how to remove the silver insert withot damaging the knob which is perfect. Is this insert glued in? I have a heavy KB-1 "spinner knob" available.
The Kenwood KB-1 is well known as being a
great knob that improves the performance for
changing frequency on many different rigs.

FYI, this knob weighs 6.2 oz. The original
Kenwood tuning knob weighs only 1.8 ounces.
Of course both are made for a 1/4 inch shaft.

This one looks like it has not been used. I
find no scratches or defects on it.
