Yaesu FT-100 parts: Lot of Yaesu FT-100 parts,no power amp board included or front panel. What is in the pictures is what you will get. Chassis is good and had both pigtails for output. Case is pretty nice shape and the speaker works. Main PCB is shot, it had no audio output IC and some traces were burned where it was soldered to the PCB. I rebuilt the traces and installed an IC but there were other problems with the board. Does have all the ribbon and RF cables with it, these alone are worth my asking price. This is for parts only. Be aware that none of the boards work, only good for pulling parts off of the boards. Nothing is guaranteed, nothing will probably work. Ok hopefully I have made my point.
