For Sale: Heathkit HW9 & accessories: For sale is an excellent Heathkit HW9 QRP cw transceiver with accessories. The HW9 appearance is flawless. There is nothing to detract from its appearance. It has the WARC frequencies installed and functions as it should but would benefit from an alignment. The accessories operate as they should. Each accessory comes with the owners manual but the HW9 only comes with the fold out drawings. The HW9 will come with a parts chassis (also includes WARC frequencies components) and a bag with spare knobs and a meter. The only modification I have found is tiny wheat bulbs added to illuminate the frequency dial and meter. QRP is fun to use right now with the sunspots supporting good propagation for low power.
