Simpson Model 260 Series 7M (mirrored scale) VOM with hard leather case, manual, and test leads. Device was formally owned, calibrated, and maintained by "Quebec Telecom" I am the 2nd owner and used it regularly.
The manual and leads are original to the meter. The meter is secured to the case with 2x aluminum side screws. Case has leather strap handle and a snap closure.
