This home made A/C power supply PRICE LOWERED AGAIN ($40 OBO PLUS SHIPPING) is in good functional and cosmetic condition. I purchased this item at a local sale. It has a variable autotransformer VARIAC at 120 Volt A/C input 0 to 134 Volts 2.5 Amps output. I added the output fuse holder, voltmeter, and input power indicator lamp. The indicator lamp illuminates when the unit is connected to 115 volt A/C power source and the power switch is in the ON position. The A/C output is fused at 2.5 amps. This is a great tester for use in testing and repairing vintage electronic devices, as it can be used to bring the voltage up slowly to reform older electrolytic filter capacitors.
