I have not installed the cap kit and will include it with purchase. When antenna input is shorted and volume turned up all the way, I do not hear any hum. Pickup in southwestern Ohio or will meet you within 100 or so miles of Cincinnati. No return. Will post pix in a few days; this is in B+ condition. The product/diode switch is scratchy, but you probably will not use the diode detector on ssb/cw ham bands. The NL switch is scratchy too but only works with diode (AM) reception. A good cleaning of the slide switches is recommended or replace them. Includes original instruction/service/alignment manual. Email for details. Pix will be posted in a few days. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
