Ad Message:	Tests fine, excellent condition other than apparently missing a bail. Each side has a bolt hole located where a bail would be attached. Many more photos available. Various voltage settings shown below plus one setting of PS under load, supplying slightly under 900mA to a power resistor set at about 22 ohms. Coarse voltage selector switch is a little stiff but can be turned. It hasn't been lubed or otherwise treated. I found a schematic, which I will scan and send to the purchaser, but not a manual. $55 plus shipping or pick up in DC area. Add $3 if payment is through PayPal.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
