As noted, the HM-23 DTMF Mic (in the middle) has a small plastic piece missing near the "down" button but does NOT affect the performance of the Mic, it works fine!

The Vintage Older Mic now has an "ELECTRET" element so it can be used wih more current rigs...which requires 3-6 Volts for operation. It's not wired with any plug.
