- TOWER - ROHN 25G, 49’ TILT OVER TOWER, on LI NY
- Have 49’ ROHN 25G tower sold new as ‘ROHN 25G FOLD-OVER Tower’. It is a normal Rohn 25G tower. It consists of 9’ top section, 3-10’ ‘mid’ sections, & 1-7’ + 1-3’ which are part of the ‘FOLD-OVER’ mechanism, + 2 other ‘pivot’ brackets, a solid mount triangular base (not tilt, for concrete). Also have homemade tilt base based on ROHN’s own tilt base not included but available, & a ‘boat winch’ style crank that is used with the ‘fold-over’ process. I do have a copy of the ‘fold-over tower’ instruction manual. Could be used as ‘fold-over’, ‘tilt-base’ or as i did, a 23’ AND 27’ tower both on tilt bases.
I’m asking $350 for ‘fold-over tower’ package ONLY, or possible trade/partial trade for amateur or CB equipt, accessories, radio, antennas. A homemade TILT BASE & a CD45(???) rotator NOT INCLUDED but are available. Remember CASH IS KING.

- TOWER - 40’ FREESTANDING ALUMINUM TOWER, LI, NY
- UNIVERSAL TOWERS 40’ FREESTANDING ALUMINUM TOWER
Its one of those THX or THBX series towers, i cant remember the letters. At one time I had CUSHCRAFT A4S on it (for sale under HF Antennas), so its good for at least that size antenna.
It is 5-8 foot sections that size down as it gets taller, total 40’. It is designed to tilt over, one of the lower brackets is missing, i had one ‘bent’ by local ‘iron works company’ and proceeded to lose it a 2nd time. Otherwise this is a good, heavy duty, lightweight aluminum tower.
It is on Long Island NY, local pick up only, I MAY be able to deliver locally. The sections ‘nest’ neatly inside each other so it will fit in any size pickup truck, even a full size SUV.
I am asking $300, though may be open to trade/partial trade for amateur or even CB equipt, accessories, radio, antenna. But remember, CASH IS KING.

- I have a used FT-70DR in excellent condition. The unit comes from a smoke free, pet-free environment and has been well cared for. It is in excellent overall cosmetic shape with normal light signs of use consistent with pre=owner items. However; there are no scratches, dings, marks, missing screws, etc. The Yaesu FT-70DR comes with lots of extras; i.e., battery, wall charger, base charger, auto adapter, external speaker, four extra antennas, mic, owners manual and programming cable. It does not come with the original shipping container. It also has been Mars moded so it will work on GMRS.

All parts are here, traps, brackets, clamps, boom, elements, etc. It worked fine when i took it down, its been under a roof for 5 years. its partially disassembled, elements removed from boom ONLY. The elements/traps are as they were when antenna was in the air. I am selling as complete antenna, but as a buyer, I’d look at it for all the aluminum, ready to build as 1 or 2 single banders, etc., though I see no reason for traps not to be in working condition.
If you build antennas, you know what aluminum costs today so, I am asking $200 for this antenna. I may be open to trade for amateur radio or CB radio equipt, accessories, radio, antennas, tell me what you have. Remember, cash is king.
I WILL NOT SHIP, ‘cuz i’m not taking the rest of it apart. Though i’d prefer YOU pick it up, i MAY be able to deliver on Long Island. Call or email for any other info/negotiations.
