Johnson Viking Matchbox For Sale:

The old timers know what a Johnson
Matchbox is. It is a very rugged
antenna tuner, built like a tank.
Basically, it will match most anything
you connect to it. It is ideal for
balanced lines.

This one is better than most, in that
it has the SWR meter built in to it.
It even includes a sensor, so that the
SWR bridge works. Most have lost the
sensor!

This one is designed to handle 275 watts
of AM.

This one works just as it should.
Cosmetically, it is not perfect. What
would you expect from a 55 year old
item? However, considering its age, it
is in extremely good condition.

coax switch in a metal housing. It
says on its face that it is rated at
1000 watts.

also has an "off" position.

In all honesty, it appears to be made
for CB, but that certainly does not mean
it can not be used for ham purposes.

- I have for sale a very nice HR-1680 receiver, a HX-1681 transmitter, an HP-23 power supply and the HS-1661 speaker. This setup has factory QSK built-in which operates very well. Shipping will be extra for all items, but I would prefer the buyer pick this equipment up so I could demonstrate on the air. I would be willing to drive to meet a prospective buyer for the delivery.
