Shure 556 "Elvis Mic" For Sale:

The Shure 556 Dynamic Broadcast Microphone
is often referred to as the "Elvis Mic" for
obvious reasons. Elvis used it almost all
of the time because it is a great sounding
mic.

This one even has the original 1947 paper
work with it. It requires a 3 pin female
XLR connector. Please see separate posting
for cables available.

It has a three position switch for high,
medium or low impedance, which translates
to 100K ohms, 250 ohms, or 50 ohms.

Yes, this one works as it should. Nice
pattern on the scope. It is quite well
built. It looks fine.

The MFJ-1275 connects your transceiver to
your computer's sound card for operation of
PSK31, RTTY, SSTV, PACKET, AMTOR, CW, and
other modes that require a sound card. No
more unplugging or manual switching for
operating different modes with one radio.

A PSK/Bypass switch lets you choose normal
operation or digital mode. The sound card
line input switch allows switching of sound
card audio input between the interface box
and another audio source.

Audio isolation transformers and relays eliminate
ground loops, audio hum, noise and distortion.
Other features include VOX control, serial port,
level controls, stereo or mono input. Internal
jumpers program the mic wiring for different
radios.

- For sale current version of the Vibroplex Blue Racer. Ser #406133
This is the STANDARD version, the DELUXE version has a chrome base.
Both versions have jeweled movements.
Unit is in good condition with the original powdered blue base.
As seen in the photo the unit comes with additional weights.
In the photo configuration the unit can be slowed to 13 to 15 WPM.
The front extending weight is easily removable by a small screw.
Removing the front weight the unit will operate at normal speeds.
The additional weights allow adjusting for slower speeds, as required.
