AMPVHF - 100MHz-6000MHz LNA +22dBm P1dB

This LNA uses the qorvo QPL9547 which offers superior noise figure , gain and P1dB .
Due to its wide bandwidth it makes a great lab amplifier to be used with spectrum analyzers but also works great for ham radio use .
The unit is small enough to mount directly to a coax relay using a SMA barrel avoiding addiotional cable losses .
A build in LDO allows operation from 6 up to 30V
Since the 9547 is primarily designed for use in cellular infrastructure the noise figure sweetspot is in between 700MHz and 2700MHz , at 1.3GHz W2HRO measured 0.22dB NF , at 2.3GHz the typ NF is around 0.5dB , at 433MHz i measured 0.12dB using a 346A and N8973A at 144MHz NF increases to 0.35dB.
