MISC - ICOM 705 HARDCASE INSTRUCTIONS

I just bought one of these. There's several brackets in a separate bag that have no details on where they go
Included directions are copies of copies. The pictures are small and blurry and in Chinese.
I've sent a request to the seller but no response
Anyone have instructions in english?
