It appears that the wattmeter is missing a circuit board and is not operational, but fixable and in good cosmetic condition. The Slugs in the kit are as follows: 2-30Mhz – 100W, 500W, and two 1 KW; 25-60 Mhz – 500W & 1KW; 50-125Mhz – 100W; 100-250 MHZ – 5W & 100W; 200-500Mhz – 100W; 400-1000 Mhz – 5W & 50W.
