For Sale: Hallicrafters SR-400A/PS-500A: For sale – Hallicrafters SR-400A transceiver/PS-500a supply. Has been reconditioned and works as it should. New capacitors, diode replacements. Many photos and video of it in operation available if you’re interested. Cabinet has been over-sprayed by a previous owner, but it’s not bad. The radio functions like it’s supposed to, but it is a 60 year old piece of gear, so if you buy it, you’re also buying the ongoing maintenance of it. It is sold AS-IS. No returns, no angry social media posts. It works on my bench.
