Hallicrafters SX-16 Restored: Fully restored Hallicrafters SX-16 Super Skyrider. All paper and electrolytic capacitors and all resistors replaced. Tubes tested and new installed where required. New dial lights and power cord, fuse installed. All controls cleaned. Fully aligned and works great. Cabinet and front panel stripped and repainted. More photos in linked Google album.

Looking for Information Brandes Headset: I have an early pair of Brandes Headset ear speakers. They have an odd headband. It I s made from coat hanger wire. One might guess that this brand was home made. However, the work is so precise that I find it hard to believe anyone could have home brewed them. SALE PENDING: Heathkit SB-104A for Parts: I got this radio along with a working SB-104A. It has a decent cabinet and a nice front panel. It appears to be complete with all plug-in boards. A prior owner replaced the antenna jack on the rear apron with a PL-259 connector. Once I saw the antenna connector I decided not to power the radio up so I haven't done any testing on it.
