RME-45 Communications Receiver: Radio Mfg Engineers RME-45 Communications Receiver. Circa 1946.
This receiver is built like a tank. 550 kHz to 33 MHz. The tuning knob works. The frequency display turns. The tuning variable capacitor TURNS. I was amazed when i bought it years ago at a Ham sale.
It is complete with Tubes. The meter case has a crack. It was disconnected by previous owner. More pictures available. Pictures are a good representation of the condition. It is heavy obviously
Anyway it has sat too long. With way to many projects in front of it.

WTB GENERAL RADIOTELEPHONE CO. SB-72: Hi all,
For my vintage cb equipment collection I'm trying to find a cosmetically nice 23 ch. AM/SSB Tube type SB-72. In a weak moment I traded the one I had 20 years ago, and now want one again.
Doesn't need to work, but would like it complete (tubeless ok!), and at least fair cosmetically. Other GRT equipment may interest me too,or "high end" anything early cb.
Also, if anyone has a Tram D64 mobile unit hanging around.
Will pay cash or consider trades.
