Has new front panel assembly with integral meter movement; balances perfectly in Horizontal and Vertical positions; so movement was never abused!!.

This has AC/DC voltages from 2.5 volts to 5kV and Resistance with current ranges. Comes with copy of the manual and test leads rated for 5kV. Runs on standard AA and one D cell.
